  **PERMANENTLY CLOSED** NOTHING BETTER COULD HAVE HAPPENED! TERRIBLE SERVICE. THE STAFF IS ALMOST ALWAYS OUTSIDE SMOKING OR JUST TALKING. I HAD TO ASK FOR COFFEE 3 TIMES FROM 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE, AND FINALLY GOT SOME FROM THE COOK. I'M NOT EVEN SURE WHO OUR ACTUAL SERVER WAS. I HAD TO ASK FOR WATER TWICE. I HAD TO GET SOMEONE TO TAKE OUR ORDER. WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE 5 MINUTES. I REFUSED TO TIP ANYONE A CENT. I DID LEAVE A NOTE THAT TIPS ARE EARNED, NOT OWED. AND HAVING A LITTLE PERSONALITY AND MANNERS IS HELPFUL, WHEN YOU WAIT TABLES. I SERVED FOR 28 YEARS. THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUSLY DYSFUNCTIONAL AS A "RESTAURANT" ... GIVES TRUTH TO THE "AWFUL WAFFLE".

  Its not "dirty" as people say, its just an older restaurant. Not everything has to be shiny and new to be considered clean. After so much use some things don't have a shine anymore, but none the less are clean. I have been there several several times. Never got a bad meal from this one. Good ole' fashioned country type store with good food.

  Service was great. Server was nice and attentive. Cook was extremely rude to server for just trying to fix our food. The food was either over cooked, or not cooked properly and the server tried to communicate we didn't like it and he had an attitude like he didn't care. If the customers don't like the food and don't come back to that location, you don't have a job. A restaurant is a customer first business and this location was anything but that. So if you want southern waffle house food like you would expect at waffle house, think twice before going to this location.
