  Beautiful, traditional style decor much like an early to mid-century dining room in fine hotel. Lovely little genteel foyer, lobby and restrooms. Exceptionally clean. White linen tablecloths. Atmosphere and mood set well. Ice-cold kept, beautifully presented salad bar. Good soup, great croutons. Selection of good spirits and entrees: steak, fish, chicken. Professional hostess and waitstaff with fine manners and crisp black and white uniforms. Good-very good food. Dessert cart. Good for family, low-key but special dinners, or date. Many a salad bar or chicken finger lunch with my sister as well, over the years. Staff and guests' respectful manners make this a good place for a heart-to-heart with a sibling/friend or a business discussion with your lawyer as well. One complaint: Since the beginning of time, always stingy with the dinner rolls. Brought one-at-a-time, with tongs, no less and getting a pat or tiny tub of butter is IMPOSSIBLE. They have strawberry-butter. Never ever can understand this. TIP: BYOButter!

  Atmosphere was rich and pleasant. Server was polite and always at the ready. The steak was only surpassed by the tasty dessert. Well worth the visit and price for a better dining experience.
