  Awful. Woman taking order was goin to fast we got charged for 2 of something cuz she wasnt listening. She didnt give us half our food. Had to pull up and wait. Boyfriend had to go in and talk to manager which was no help. No refund on what we didnt order, cuz he supposedly listened in.

  Why is it they can't get an order right when I use the drive thru window? My truck doesn't have a bad muffler. I can hear them perfectly.
  I ordered a plain HAMBURGER along with the rest of my order. Even stated "I only want meat and bread" at the order point. When I get home I find I have a fully dressed CHEESEBURGER. Not at all what I ordered. No receipt in the bag, and it takes more fuel than the sandwich is worth to return it, so I wound up just wasting my money and trowing it in the trash. I'm allergic to dairy products. No where near the first time my order has been wrong from this location. These people need to clean their ears every now and then so they can hear and listen to what the customer says. One shouldn't have to sit and sift through their order to make sure it's right before driving off from the window, but that's what I will do IF I EVER GO BACK. The McDonald's or Taco Bell it sits between will be my choice on my way home in the future.
