  Bob Evans in Louisville, KY when I was a kid was wonderful. Hot, well-prepared good country meals. This location here in HARDIN COUNTY, I have never liked. Bad food, bad service. Waste of time and money. Gimmicks, like meals called " skillets" and " bowls" instead of focusing on getting the basics right. You have to try really hard to be bad enough to totally miss the mark with breakfast food, especially. Don't know about other food there....never ordered it. Hopefully it will close down soon. I heard a lot of locations are. Too bad they can't get it together. We'll just add you to the list, along with Kmart and Sears. Won't miss any of the three! Useless places!

  I grew up on the Bob but after today's visit I may consider my options. The service was absolutely fantastic and the place is quite clean but that's where happy land ends. My omelet had raw, cold and very large pieces of vegetables. My wife's eggs had large pieces of shell and her sausage was completely burnt. To add insult to injury they turned the burnt side down, hoping we wouldn't notice. My son had a grilled cheese sandwich and he was unable to eat it. Also, my bacon was severely undercooked and slimy. Other than that the food was fantastic, seriously top notch...
